hand fit stonewall and garden gate protect the tranquility and
privacy of guests. A small goldfish and turtle pond greets you
as you enter the patio area.
The lower one bedroom unit is a complete
apartment with a large and very well equipped kitchen. The attention
to detail and design have created such a special place that guests
look forward to returning to. Limestone tiles have been hand carved
with a Mayan stylized “ant trail” design. You are,
after all, in the jungle. The living and dining area are spacious
and many large windows let in lots of light. The garden in front
of the kitchen windows is a rich green and brings life into the
entire space. The master bedroom and bath are very livable and
attractively decorated. This unit is furnished with a king bed
and also offers satellite television and air conditioning.
The upper level unit is a spacious studio with a cute and well
equipped kitchen. This unit is furnished with one king bed and
one single bed. There is air conditioning and satellite television
here as well. A small covered patio off of the kitchen makes a
great spot to enjoy the fresh air of early morning or late afternoon.
The large two-bedroom unit offers almost 2,250 square feet of
living space. The design is fresh and incorporates natural stone
and tropical hardwoods. Marble floors bring a little elegance to
this comfortable and attractive space. The lower level consists
of a very large and well-equipped kitchen, dining area and large
living area. Full-length windows let in lot of light and offer
a nice field of view over the green of the courtyard. The lower
level guest room is furnished with a double bed and a large and
interesting bath. A stairway of tropical hardwood will take you
to the roof top observatory where you can watch the ocean and the
stars. On the second level you will find the principal bedroom
with king bed and private bath. There is also a television room
furnished with a double futon in case additional sleeping arrangements
are needed. Off of the television room, another small covered patio.
There is no nicer accommodation in Akumal in this price range!
